Shipping + Returns
PROCESSING TIMES
We aim to dispatch your parcel within 3 working days of your purchase. However, during busy periods it could take up to 5 working days. You'll receive an email letting you know once the parcel has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the shipping time applies.
If you want to order something from us, but your country is not in the delivery option, feel free to send us a message, and we might be able to help.
International shipping time can vary from 4-10 working days. This is a guideline from the postal service and is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Kirrou is not responsible for any customs holds or delays. The buyer is responsible for any duty/customs fees.
REFUND & RETURNS
Please check your order and report any damage or discrepancies within 3 days of receipt.
We want you to enjoy your order. However, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the package if you are dissatisfied with the products. To obtain a full refund, you must send back the items in the same condition that you received within 14 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
To start a return, you can contact us at kirrouhome@gmail.com. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note:
- We can not accept returns on candles that have been lit or burnt.
- Buyers are responsible for return postage.

If the package is lost or stolen on its way back to us, you are responsible for claiming compensation from the courier responsible.

Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited.
REFUND
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
DAMAGED
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at Kirrouhome@gmail.com within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched and obtain a full refund. If you want to do that, please contact us as soon as possible.
