Shipping + Returns


We aim to dispatch your parcel within 3 working days of your purchase. However, during busy periods it could take up to 5 working days. You'll receive an email letting you know once the parcel has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the shipping time applies. 

If you want to order something from us, but your country is not in the delivery option, feel free to send us a message, and we might be able to help.

  • Royal Mail 1-3 Working Days Delivery - £4.50
  • Free UK 2-4 Woking Days Delivery on orders over £30


  • International Tracked Delivery for orders up to £20 - £10.00 
  • International Tracked Delivery for orders up to £40 - £15.00
  • International Tracked Delivery for orders up to £50 - £20.00 

International shipping time can vary from 7-20 working days. This is a guideline from the postal service and is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Kirrou is not responsible for any customs holds or delays. The buyer is responsible for any duty/customs fees.


The UK has left the EU with new import/export rules, which take effect on 1st July 2022. Due to this, all packages going to the EU will need to pay relevant customs charges on delivery. To avoid the heavy fees on delivery, please place orders through our Etsy store


We want you to enjoy your order. However, please contact us within 14 working days of receiving the package if you are dissatisfied with the products. To obtain a full refund, you must send back the items in the same condition that you received within 30 days of delivery. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

To start a return, you can contact us at We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note: 

  • We can not accept returns on candles that have been lit or burnt. 
  • Buyers are responsible for return postage. 



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.



Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched and obtain a full refund. If you want to do that, please contact us as soon as possible.
